SOAR On Demand Membership

We are excited to share with you: SOAR On Demand.

This monthly membership program is an outgrowth of our 2023 Spring cohort which is already underway. It is designed to help you take your leadership skills to the next level and transform your life but sat your own pace. You have an entire year to complete the course with this membership, coming and going when you please.

We know you are busy, and because of the current economic crisis with layoffs and other issues, SOAR On Demand offers you the opportunity to gain access to the curriculum/content and the community at a value.

With our comprehensive, video-on-demand curriculum, you will be able to learn about topics such as knowing and harnessing your value, navigating the likeability factor, building and activating your tribe, sponsorship strategies and pitfalls, maximizing the platform for influence and opportunities, and healing and reclaiming your time with peace and productivity.

Additionally, the program offers community building and networking opportunities on our cutting-edge private only social platform and app.

The learning is led by some of the most trusted facilitators and coaches to the Fortune 100 including award-winning author, certified hybrid instructor, and Fortune 100 advisor, L. Michelle Smith, MS, ACC. The strategies are grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience to develop the transformational leaders that today’s organizations are looking for.

The cost of membership is $199 per month and can be renewed annually. It represents only a fraction of the cost of the live cohort which will open its door once more to community members in the Fall. Fresh content will be provided every month for six months, and members will have continued access for the rest of the year with the option to renew for access to fresh new content for the following year.
