Coach L Discusses Mental Wellness on WFAA Midday ABC 📣
It was a pleasure to sit with News 8 Midday anchor Cleo Green to discuss the impact positive emotion can have on your mental wellness for World Mental Health Day.
We discussed some basic concepts in positive psychology and neuroscience, but most importantly, practical ways to improve your mental health: primarily working with professionals and tapping into positive emotion to boost moods.
There are ten of them, and I highlighted how some activities can provide access to many of them, but emphasized the importance of being intentional about it.
